Recruitment of a Senior Manager Infrastructure Greenfield Europe
Atlante Gestion wishes to recruit a Senior Manager responsible for its “Greenfield Infrastructure Pan European” strategy, with a view to setting up a team that will complement the existing team on the Infra Brownfield part.
The person will have to carry and deploy the strategy on the Infra Greenfield Fund for which he will ensure the management and the presence in the Investment Committee, will ensure the deal flow according to his network, his experience and vision of the Infra market in Europe, with the support of a team also that he could bring in or participate in the recruitment on this project; finally he will participate in the raising of funds of this vehicle to be launched during 2022.
Atlante Gestion is an independent actor in France and Luxembourg in the management of Funds and assets (Asset Management of SPV), and focused on investments in real assets essentially on three axes:
– Renewable energies
– Energy efficiency
These sectors represent for the company’s management, strategic issues by combining an identifiable message on societal and environmental aspects that will matter in tomorrow’s economy.
➢ Job description: You have precise ideas on a relevant strategic positioning and desire to create a team entirely dedicated to the development of a Greenfield Infrastructure Fund with a European scope.
You want to invest and ensure the development and have the ability to originate Greenfield Infrastructure investments in Europe in order to support the creation of an Infrastructure Fund.
You will participate in the launch of the Fund, in investor contacts, in the preparation of the Fund’s strategy documents and in the presentation of the Fund to investors.
You will participate in an active prospecting and will allow to increase the entries in the pool of investment projects. The main challenge is to participate in the implementation of the strategy with a significant increase in investment objectives based on
– the definition of a differentiating and value-creating investment strategy
– project origination actions,
– implementation of investment projects
– contributing to the deployment of the investment strategy in the identified geographical areas
– to structure and then ensure, with the support of the investment directors and/or investment officers of the Management Company, the proper follow-up of the investment projects entrusted to it until their completion.
Main skills: Project finance and private equity – M&A experience – modeling – experience in setting up complex financing files – strong financial analysis and counterparty risk studies – team management. Double degree in engineering and business school appreciated.
➢ Desired profile: 12 – 15 years experience in the infra sector or strong sector expertise for Investment Directors and with a network of contacts, asset financing and or project financing, managerial capacity, good organization, ideas on development and procedures to be implemented on the follow-up of operations, good negotiation and commercial skills. Very good sensitivity and mastery of financial analysis and counterparty risks. Excellent presentation and oral and written skills to present and develop the business. Track record of significant infra projects and achievements and knowledge of investor networks would be a strong asset.
Fluent English is a must – proficiency in EXCEL tools and financial analysis

Lead investor in the construction and rehabilitation of four middle schools in the Sarthe region, located in Arnage, Coulaines, Le Mans and Noyen-sur-Sarthe to receive 2,300 students.
