Through its Privacy Policy, Atlante Gestion is committed to transparency in order to guarantee to the User the reasonable and strictly necessary collection, treatment and conservation of the shared personal data.

 

DATA COLLECTED

Some data is collected automatically when visiting:   www.agestion.fr. These data, concerning you or your computer, do not allow the identification of the User. Thus, data relating to the browser or operating system used, the Internet page from which the User comes, his/her country of residence or the language used may be collected. This data is collected through the use of “cookies”. To learn more about cookies and their use, please see the “Cookie Privacy Policy” section below.

In some cases, the user may be asked to provide personal data (“Personal Data”) when registering on the “Subscriber” page or sending a request for information through the form provided on the site’s contact page.

This data may include the User’s first and last name and contact information. In the case of registration to the “Subscriber” area, the communication of additional Personal Data may be required in order to access personalized services.

PROCESSING OF PERSONNAL DATA

The Personal Data are collected by Atlante Gestion on the basis of the consent of each User. They are used in order to satisfy the applicable legal and regulatory requirements and to manage the accesses to the “Subscriber” space and to offer to the User an optimal experience throughout his relationship with Atlante Gestion.

In order to preserve the security of these data, Atlante Gestion takes all the necessary measures for their preservation (encryption of the data, control of the accesses to the servers and to the buildings, sensitization of the concerned teams to the confidentiality of the data, etc).

The collected data are exclusively used by Atlante Gestion. However, they can be communicated externally in the following cases:

To judicial or financial authorities, state agencies and relevant public bodies upon their express request and within the strict limits of the regulations;

To the service providers mandated by Atlante Gestion in the framework of its activities (custodians, business providers, distributors, etc.)

PROCESSING OF CLAIMS

In accordance with the provisions of article 318-10 of the general regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, Atlante Gestion has established and maintains an efficient and transparent procedure in order to ensure the reasonable and rapid treatment of complaints. The treatment of the complaints is free of charge.

Processing Time

From the date of receipt :

  • Atlante Gestion acknowledges receipt within a maximum of 5 working days from the receipt of the said claim, unless the answer itself is brought to the client within this period;
  • Atlante Gestion responds to the claim within a maximum period of 2 months, except in particular circumstances duly justified.

Recourse

RETENTION OF PERSONNAL DATA

The Personal Data are kept for the duration necessary for the purpose of the objective that they pursue or to answer a legal or regulatory obligation that would fall to Atlante Gestion. This conservation is carried out within the limits of what is authorized by the European and national legislations.

Within the framework of a contractual relationship between Atlante Gestion and the User, the Personal Data are kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and for 10 years after the end of the contractual relationship.

THE RIGHTS OF THE OWNER AND THE PERSONNAL DATA

In accordance with the European regulation in force (General Regulation nᵒ 2016/679 on data protection, “GDPR”), every User has the following Rights:

Right to Access: the right to obtain confirmation that data concerning him are being processed and the right to obtain a copy.

Right of rectification: the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate data concerning him.

Right to object: the right to refuse the use of non-mandatory data concerning him/her.

Right to erase: the right to ask for the deletion of all or part of the data concerning him.

Right to portability: the right to retrieve certain data about him or her in an open, machine-readable format.

Right to limitation: the right to ask an organization to temporarily freeze data about him/her.

Right of directive: the right to define directives concerning the conservation, deletion and communication of data concerning him/her after death.

THE PRIVACY POLICY REGARDING COOKIES

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on the User’s terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone) when consulting a website. It allows the conservation of the navigation data of each User in order to propose a more fluid and intuitive navigation experience to each one.

On the site www.agestion.fr The use of cookies is automatic from the first visit of the User. They remain active for a maximum of 13 months from the last connection. At the end of this period, a new connection will be necessary for the recording of new cookies.

Sociale Infrastructure

Sarthe region

Lead investor in the construction and rehabilitation of four middle schools in the Sarthe region, located in Arnage, Coulaines, Le Mans and Noyen-sur-Sarthe to receive 2,300 students.

The project is in the operation phase since 2019.

LABEL - CERTIFICATION​

The project was subject to carbon assessment. Seeing the results, in end-January 2018, CERTIVA awarded MAINE COLLEGES 72 permanent HQE (high environmental quality) certifications for the “Programme Design” phase for each of the schools. The permanent HQE certification for the “Development” phase was awarded in November 2019 for all the schools.

As of November 2019, MAINE COLLEGES has also been awarded the Effinergie + label. This label testifies to the improvement in the buildings’ energy efficiency in relation to the 2012 Réglementation Thermique (the 2012 Heat Regulation).

Water management

Wastewater is let into the wastewater sewerage systems of the towns concerned.

A rainwater harvesting system is planned for sanitary use, so as to cover 10% of the water requirements for toilet bowls and urinals in the toilet facilities.

Waste management

Implementation of waste segregation.

All materials used in the construction have zero or very low VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) levels.

Energy efficiency

The schools were equipped with low temperature radiators that require 30% less energy to provide the same thermal comfort given their much larger contact surface with the ambient air.

Ceiling radiant panels that allow a more accurate monitoring of power consumption, have been installed in the canteens.

PV solar panels will be installed horizontally on the roof, covering a total area of 57.12 m2.

The kitchen appliances run on electricity and are equipped with an energy optimiser.

SOCIAL​ IMPACT

The project complies with contractual commitments in terms of first-time employment, namely 20,000 work hours, and in employing SMBs for which the recruiting rate is 40%.

Asbestos removal and demolition works are carried out during school vacations and the floors are hosed in case of heavy dust.

Instead of a rock-breaker, the alligator crusher is used with rubber mallets to avoid the noise of metal against metal
